Don't get too attached to her. She'll likely be getting the Marie Antoinette treatment (or perhaps the Saddam/Kadafi deluxe send off package) shortly. I imagine the people of Homs won't wait for a court judgement once they get their hands on her.

If I were her, I'd bail on her husband, flee the country and claim he abused me. That might get her some leniency.
