Exactly right. And now we have people coming on this thread(and as always it wouldn't surprise me if they had connections to the MOMS) trying to make themselves feel better about the whole MOM scenario and how it played out. Then like above these dicks accusing me of switching names?.
Well in the spirit of their fallen hero:
THE MOM SHOW IS DEAD!! EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU BRAIN DEAD MORONS WHO THOUGHT HE WAS FUNNY ARE IDIOTS!! YOU WERE ALL WRONG!! I WAS RIGHT!! MIKE OMEARA IS GONE!! KATY GONE!! ROB AYE.....GONE!!!! BUZZ..........GONE!!!! BA!!!.....GONE.......THE WHOLE MIKE OMEARA TRAIN WRECK....GONE!! AND HE'S NOT COMING BACK JACK ASSES!!
WERE HERE AND WERE NOT GOING ANYWHERE SO PINCH IT CURL IT LICK IT LA LA LA............hahahahahaHaHaHaHaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAhaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
For any of the "Unemployed Talent" that may be posting here it's better to start looking for employment now rather then waiting until your unemployement insurance runs out. So I guess I'm trying to find a nice way to say "Get Off Your Asses And Find A Job Losers!!"
And To Ron : Never met Mike. Heard some people talk but I don't know him at all other than his on air personality which was good enough for me. I live 2000+ miles out of the DC area but have business contacts and do business in DC.
I never went to Mikes restaurant while in DC. He doesn't owe me a dime other than he was in part the reason for CBS tail spin over the last year. This didn't affect my portfolio much at all but I know there is a lot of people whom it hurt badly.
Mike O was failing and failing bad. He started to grand stand several occasions on air, brazingly using his public forum to say he wasn't going to change a thing. As the little old business man I am, this type of behavior drives me crazy.I would have fired him the first time he displayed that type of bravado.
It would be OK if all he hurt was himself and surrounding team members but as I'll note here again,
http://www.wikinvest.com/stock/CBS_(CBS)/WikiChart?ref=topnav
Mike hurt a lot more people than his restaurant workers. I'm not blaming the entire CBS debacle in the DC market entirely on Mike, there is plenty of blame to go around however he sure as hell did his part to drive value from the CBS instrument....I have a feeling more than a few people on this thread know what I'm talking about.
There is always the bigger picture than what appears to most when it comes to
stuff like this. The next time you feel like giving props to someone like MOM you might want to take a look at your 401Ks. You don't want to look like a fool. It's a lot more than just a guy screwing around on the radio. It's serious business affecting thousands of people and their well being.
Someone said " Ignorance is this Countrys' most expensive commodity"
CBS is a prime example of that with decisions over the last 1+ years costing stock holders millions.
Sorry if this offends anyone, McSmack
