You're probably trying to nail Tuesday Highlights as a right winger but Mike is one of the dopiest men in media when it comes to political opinions. He's said himself he doesn't want to debate anyone because the"wonks" often trip him up. The problem is it doesn't stop him from droning on and attacking barbers in absentia for giving out constitutions. I'd rather hear you defend Mike. I just punched myself in the head. This is someone who should not be allowed anywhere near a radio station, or even to listen to the radio. Actively wishing for his death.

The vacation thing...

Does anybody remember last year when most of the whole gang stayed at LFF North? Mike was supposed to finish out the next couple weeks there, but finished up his vacay stint at a rental house??? Big sister kicked his (and Carla's and little Michael's) ass OUT. Robb, in all his obese wisdom, made a crack about it after a few shows. I'm surprised he stayed this long this year. I'm sure he used little Michael's birthday as a bargaining chip to stay longer.

Judging from the way June and July went, Mike and Robb are probably using the "dark" time to think of entertaining CONTENT. I'm still not listening, but if I read here that Mike returned with his "agonizing rigors of traveling" stories, and Robb with "Gang's Dominion" stories...I'm gonna shit!!! (and probably send it to their PO box). It'll be on Oscar to "save" those post-vacation shows, but the way things are going, I'm not sure he cares anymore. Perhaps Carla will offer up some show content if she serves Mike his well deserved divorce papers.

Oh yeah, the "Spoken Word" iTunes category probably ranks slightly above the "Recipe Audio Books" category. BFD!

I've always referred to the " Fleetwood Mac" album as the White Album. I'm no musicologist like Rob(b), and only have a passing interest in Fleetwood Mac, but the fact I know more about a band I could give two shits about shows you just how fucking clueless the drop-cloth wearing dumbshit really is.

Fleetwood Mac did put out a first self-titled album in 1968, but it was a blues album that received virtually no radio play, so it's highly doubtful that was the album he was referring to.

Great points and even greater handle. It fits Robb perfectly (unlike his shirts and related tentage).

Carla: In wake of Mike calling most of his family members assholes at a family dinner Monday night, I've asked Cousin Teddy for some recs re. Maine psychotherapists.

Cary brings up something with her reference to Mike's asshole comment -- no one seems to listening to the show of late. In addition to that tidbit that generated no remarks, no one has mentioned Mike also said he was screaming "Shut the fuck up" in his head to his son as he was whining in the car, and Mike referred to himself as on "the fatter side of average" (to which Spewak of course said oh no, Mike, you're right on the top of the bell curve of 56 year old men).
