Is Olley's Trolley downtown still closed for renovations?

I checked their website. No information. I called the number and there's a recording telling you not to leave a message and email them if you need to reach them. I emailed them. No response.

Has anyone been down there lately and seen if they've re-opened?

I just wanted to confirm they are indeed open. The food's fine but, renovations? Huh? What? Where?
