As someone who has recently immigrated to the USA i would like to know how president's get their face in the USA money. Who decides who can appear in the money? Do you have to be alive, dead, holding office or what?

Probably a troll but if this is serious, yes they have to be dead. They have to have been an important president as most of the images on money are founding fathers or presidents that made a huge impact like Lincon. Kenny was very well liked and assassinated which got him on the 50 cent piece.
