a kid died in the drunk tank last weekend when he was beaten by 6 sherriffs for being to loud they were to scared to take him to the hosiptal so they through him back in the tank and told his family that he died of natural causes

I am familiar with this case. It happened in New York and the the victim was a 22 year old woman. Here is the link.

Actually we have had several deaths in recent years at Fairfax ADC along these same lines. It happens everywhere on occasion.

There is nothing new about a drunk kid dying. It happens all the time.
Being drunk and then acting stupid is a relatively high risk behaviour.
