Weird General Forum problem

This weird thing has been happening today...
The home forum screen tells me I have 1 unread message in the General Forum. But when I go in there, there are NO unread messages. I found that if I click on the "HS Redistricting" thread, and then log back in, it clears the unread message alert.
Happens on my laptop and on my phone.
Anyone else noticing this?
