I am trying to decide what to make for dinner... Trying to be healthy this week since I may make a big Canadian Thanksgiving dinner next Monday. Our healthy dinners are usually things like sushi or sauteed tofu. I'm considering gado gado for tonight. What are your favorite healthy dinners?

What you eat is your business, but dog shit sounds better then that garbage. I'd bet 100 dollars that you eat healthy but weigh in excess of 250lbs, I get a kick out of these fatties who hit the all you can eat sections, load up their plates with lard fried meats and pastries and never fail to include a small dish of salad "the eating healthy" part.

eating some things from Arbies

Gado gado isn't expensive. It starts with a bed of lettuce, topped with turmeric rice, topped with various steamed and fresh vegetables (I used green cabbage, brussel sprouts, green beans, broccoli, and two types of peppers), and protein such as a boiled egg or tofu. Oh and peanut sauce. Yummy, slightly hot, gingery, peanut sauce. And optional items such as toasted coconut or slices of sauteed garlic and Ginger. Prep time is a bit ridiculous.
