Wow. Would any player in the states dare walk up to a coach and start berating him?
"earlier in the game, Rocket forward Xu Zhonghao had approached Thompson while he was yelling instruction to his players and then began berating him. Thompson stared at Xu in disbelief before officials halted play for several minutes in the third quarter. Moments later, Bayi player Wang Lei was called for technical foul for arguing a call, and play had to be stopped again.
The initial sign of trouble came three minutes into the second half, when Georgetown sophomore forward Nate Lubick exchanged words with a Rockets player, and play was halted for the first time in the game."

georgetown bitches got what they deserved. You know they were talking shit and they got their fuckin asses kicked.
Say what you want about China and/or the Hoyas. Doesn't matter who was right or wrong here. Sad fact is that China buys a lot of US debt and we need them to keep doing so. I guess the supposed purpose of this trip was "to help build ties between china and the us" or some BS like that. Sure this is getting a lot of favorable air time in china.

Funny how division works, the "us" vs "them" mindset. Here in the U.S. the homies are "them". Taking a global point of view, the homies are "us". Now if extraterrestials come to be known, the charlies become "us", too.
"Good morning. In less than an hour, aircraft from here will join others from around the world. And you will be launching the largest aerial battle in the history of mankind. "Mankind." That word should have new meaning for all of us today. We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore. We will be united in our common interests. Perhaps it's fate that today is the Fourth of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom... Not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution... but from annihilation. We are fighting for our right to live. To exist. And should we win the day, the Fourth of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day the world declared in one voice: "We will not go quietly into the night!" We will not vanish without a fight! We're going to live on! We're going to survive! Today we celebrate our Independence Day!"
