So: Did McDaniels kill Giddings? Are the cops framing him? Or is he completely crazy?

So it's for entertainment or morbid curiosity then. I never understood the whole court tv fascination.

McDaniel definitely did it btw (a jury will likely convict him straight up) - I watched the news reports tied to that, and to say he was "squirrely" is being nice. Then after he was arrested and had time to settle down, his mother comes forward with some stupid story about how he saw some other guy on her balcony a couple of nights before she disappeared. Not to mention he had the package for the hacksaw used to dismember her in his apartment, or um, the master key he had for all the apartments, AND the specific key he had for her apartment. Yeah... what a lol that one is.
