A guy was sent to prison for 99 years for his 16th DWI.

That's NOT what "simply shouldn't be". Check out the police officer in the video. How can THAT be? Seriously, how can any active-duty officer of the law be allowed to be that out of shape?

So let's see - police officers are allowed to be grossly out of shape so haven't got a chance physically against a stronger, fitter suspect and police officers are limited in intelligence since smart ones get too bored for the job so haven't got a chance against smarter, faster thinking suspects.
