Interesting events at Quantico today

Seems some bleeding hearts were detained today at Quantico for trying to deliver a petition for Bradley Manning, the guy responsible for all those leaks to Wikileaks:

I hope Manning stays in solitary confinement for the rest of his life. A tiny cell in a Supermax prison should suit him just fine.

I hope he spends every day for the rest of his life making little
rocks out of big ones at Ft. Leavenworth. That's the best I can
hope for. Too bad he won't get the death penalty but if I were to
be the CG over his courts martial, he'd face a firing squad. If
the troops from INSCOM got hold of him they'd probably make sausage
and grill him over charcoal.

I don't know, although personally I feel that Manning should be given a severe punishment, my gut instincts tell me he'll be exonerated. He is already developing what might be described as a cult following with some heavy celebrities in his corner. Will it help, in all probability, no. But alot stranger things have happened in our Judicial system,

Good thing he's on a Marine Corps base. Have fun trying to bust into or out of there.

On another note, the insurance issue is a real one, and it's not a matter of singling this guy out, it's simply policy.

If he was at Henderson Hall, I'd say I doubt it, but at Quantico I would say hell no.

Yes, for sure. Eesh would have assumed and been content with the female counterpart role in that blissful union.

Funny story.

Apparently his little fruit loop supporters with the petition didn't have their insurance in order and got jacked up for a towing charge ($300!)

I've been to Belvoir and Quantico and usually they'll let people receive a fax of their insurance card in the visitors center if they don't have it with them.

Good for the MPs for not making any allowances or exceptions for the traitors supporters. Hopefully they tossed their car for contraband also and made them sit in the cold.
