The former boyfriend of missing Las Vegas showgirl Deborah Flores-Narvaez was a no-show in court Tuesday morning, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Jason Omar Griffith, aka Blu Griffith, was due to be arraigned in a Las Vegas courtroom on charges of domestic battery and coercion for an October incident involving his then-girlfriend, Flores-Narvaez.

Although Griffith was expected to appear for the arraignment, attorney Patrick McDonald appeared on his behalf.

According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Griffith allegedly had a physical altercation with the young dancer, forced her to the ground where he allegedly kicked her and pulled her hair - all in a fight over her iPhone.

The arrest report states that Flores-Narvaez was screaming “don’t leave, give me my phone†and had bruising on both legs.

The bruises as well as a chunk of Flores-Narvaez’s missing hair was located and photographed by officers.

Griffith told police the two were having an argument but said he never hit her or took her phone

At the time of the incident, Flores-Narvaez told police she and Griffith were dating and she was pregnant with his child.

Flores-Narvaez has been missing since Sunday when she didn’t show up for dance rehearsals at the Mirage Fantasy show and her car was located in an abandoned area.

Her sister told Radaronline.com she suspects foul play.

Flores had been planning to stay in Vegas for Christmas to continue working. She was said to be depressed over not seeing her family over the holidays.

Her sister, Celeste, is in Las Vegas helping with the search.

No plea was entered in Griffith’s case Tuesday but the judge did set a preliminary hearing for April 2011. A plea may be entered at that time.

Yeah the houses around here are real expensive and I could not afford one with what I get paid at the hotel so I would have to cut my hair and wear a business suit and shit fuck that so I am moving away but not too far away. The housing is not as expensive down there and besides I have a lot of family up here anyway so I can always come back up here and visit and always stay free of charge.

Wrong. We are not going to allow you to keep the name if you move out of Fairfax County. We will be having a mid-term election to vote in your replacement, once we find out (and we will) that you have moved.

Well back in the day a cousin of mine used to drive from Alexandria all the way down to Fredericksburg in under 15 minutes.

I am sure with a little practice I could easily beat that. Under 10 minutes would be my goal.
Of course I would have to own a muscle car just like my cousin did back in the day.

He had long hair too and I already have that.
