Well.. did he have a roll or toilet paper with him?.. I guess he could have some stashed out there. Did he have the newspaper folded under his arm? He could just get a pot.. shit in it..then take the pot out and dump it.. so much more nasty than a pet. I have pissed in my backyard and off to my side yard with lots of tree's and shrubs, early early in the morning or middle of the night when i have the dog out...

A family of Syrian immigrants are housed in the next apartment section to us. They take the baby and the dogs out for a walk every so often for the dogs to do their business. As I watched, the toddler had to pee and the father took him up to a big tree next to the apt building across the street, fulled down the kids pants and let him pee there in the yard.
