I heard it has something to do with racial gang fights. They cancelled all visits, and mail deliveries. I have few friends in Salinas, and can't get in touch wit them.

Um, Black Adam, did you look at the picture? I really don't see any white folk in the picture. Maybe, you should take another look or even schedule an appointment with your eye doctor for Monday.

You nailed it. Life would be so much simpler if we kept Liberia on as a penal colony.

Update: Another race riot involving the Southern Mexicans (Mexican Mafia - MME) and white gangs.
All of California prison systems are on lock down.
Federal prisons in CA aren't on lockdown, just state prisons.

There is a hunger strike going on in CA prison systems (CDCR). The inmates can still eat their canteen food. Most inmates are turning down state food in the culinary.

It was a fun photo shoot at first. But directly after the photos they had to return their sweet bright orange jump suits for their grey dirty ones, and the giant loaf of bread was fumigated then thrown out.

What a great idea!!! Our foreign aid needs to be altered to a "pay for the priveledge of running our prisons" program. We can send all these gang-bangers back to their generic original countries and let them serve out their sentences there. It would save a heap of money and the private prisons could be build there much cheaper than here!

Mule Creek State prison in northern California on level III lockdown after an inmate was found dead in his cell 0325hrs. Its now being investigated as a homicide and his cellmate is facing 2nd degree murder charge. Normal operation for low security inmates, inmates with higher level classification would be on restricted movements.

Hahaha. That's why I left the golden state. The liberals in Sacramento ruined everything.
That and it's very freaking expensive, and you got millions of Chinese and Indians who moved into state and bought everything.
