the 14 yr old likely is brainwashed and programmed by the left - he's too young to be charged with murder - it's common for criminals to do that (esp. auto theft). at least a few south american countries have a VERY LONG HISTORY of murdered politicians
i don't know columbia politics so i cannot say what "conservative" means over there
