I'm sure debt collectors are really concerned about how they're perceived by the public.

PROTIP: Don't buy shit you can't afford. If you do, pay for it. You'll find debt collectors quickly become a non-issue.

Actually they do care.

The laws are turning against them.

One of them kept calling for my neighbor. I would not go to the neighbor.

I got a letter from a law firm. Turns out the collection agency ran a background check on me to make sure the neighbor was not actually living with me. This is illegal.

I put 6,000 in my pocket. Yes, thee lawyer got more but what the hell.
