No the worst hooligans have always been from East and South London. Those were a lot of dock workers who don't like Irish anyway. Millwall Bushwackers were and are the worst. West Ham's Inter City Firm are number 2. After them the worst Hooligans are all the North. Leeds United has the Service Crew, The Zulu Warriors (Birmingham City), and the Red Army, Manchester United. Althiugh Stoke City is pretty bad. English Hooligans don't need help from Irish, and Scotland is worse. than Ireland.

My good man, lots of those cities you mentioned are heavily populated by people of Irish origins, and Scottish are from the same blood lines as Irish. Learn history mate. Cheerio!
