Sylvanna Bocook, Monique Wells, and Kelly Flynn are not random strangers. These Aquarius slags are all cast members in the ongoing Fairfax Underground reality drama. They know one another via messaging, dating, court appearances, and sexual encounters.
Kelly Flynn was a stripper (attractive before she porked out) and a friend of Megan Toohey and engaged in group sex with Megan and Aaron when Aaron was working at the same establishment. Monique aka Lizzie knows Megan, and Kelly has patronized the same drug dealers and "parties" as Lizzie and Megan. Megan and Sylvanna were recruited to play eerily similar roles as pawns in the eesh-miz rivalry, which resulted in eerily similar outcomes for both of them.
Characters in the FFXU drama share other connections as well, principally due to shared socioeconomic status, patronage of drug dealers, and lack of education or professional careers. The underbelly of society is a surprisingly small world where everyone knows everyone else.
If and when there is a Netflix or Amazon Prime series written about them, there will be additional opportunities for the characters to interact as consultants. advisors, actors, and attending watch parties.
It's also not uncommon for unacquainted people to celebrate shared birthdays together, particularly in bars and on trips.
