They've probably made Win11 required, vulkan required but mostly works only well with chinese nVidia, and disrespected what fans were askin for.
1) more levels after "game over". gta1 - gta5 had online (slower) and no new levels. game boring as tears once cutscenes + objectives are done. online doesn't have "real levels" just kinda gang stalking with fast internet required
1) more frequent whole game releases - being that you can't even buy extra levels for gta5
1) and SHOOT, maybe ability to play gta6 using gta5 for those who "can't upgrade due to win10"
2) wider compatibility with new devices like cell phones and linux
3) sure, breathtaking graphics on newest machines is a plus: but a smaller and smaller crowd have "mega gaming PC" today
The game play: great until game over, boring and no extra levels (not even auto generated ones) after game over.

There may be people who want to play on (and often made fun of) Intel HD Highly Integrated Graphics. These are good (best 3D for power saving ever), but require a game to "have features" to reduct graphics demand to be more reasonable (ie, not requiring a 650Watt dual game card installation).

#1 thing modern big tech game companies always fuck up: gameplay. fans want intersting fun gameplay first and features second. the more costly thing to provide? interesting longer gameplay
