For some reason my Google Chrome says it gets an error when trying to use this website. I can only look at it on my desktop. What gives?

I get it on my Motorola phone on my home network every time. If I steal wifi on another metwork, sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. On my LG cheapie, it works regardless of network.
I tried clearing my cookies on the Motorola, but it didn't help.

It stopped working working on my main phone. Then I went to my other one and it stopped working a week later. Works on my tablet. Clearing cookies didn't help either phone. It does work on duck duck go on both phones though.
