The network of higher education institutions is very extensive, and most students study at universities, but traditionally it is not they but higher education schools with their own special system of selection and training. Admission to higher education is usually preceded by two years of training, which, if you fail the entrance examination, counts as 2 years of university study pro essay writing service.
