Having serious short term memory issues

I just ate some cookies a few minutes ago. Then I had cookie gunk stuck in my teeth and couldn't remember what I had just eaten that caused it. Didn't remember until I saw the wrapper.

Yup

Had it for 12 weeks and 10 weeks the two times I had Covid

I can give you some tips with how to cope, but I won’t.

Lol thanks asshole. But shit. This is pretty delayed. I had long haul symptoms that were more physical than mental at first.

Oh well.
