Virginia Beach rarely gets really measureable amounts of snow . The Atlantic Gulf Stream keeps that area warmer, they do get freezes and snow flurries now and then , it's just such a good thing Ralph "Coonman" Northam -(Democrat)is no longer Virginas Governor . Gov Youngkin has the situation well under control
