Probably tracking Ruskie SSNs monitoring the San Antonio class amphibious ops boats that sortied earlier this afternoon.

Air Force KC-135 tanker flying oval pattern around Northern Delaware while Celtic is in Wilmington. Fighters that the tanker service never appear on flight tracking.
