The general guidelines call for 12 years & 6 months. He's going to get more than 10. If you consider the aggravating factors, my money is on 20 or 25. Even if they don't pursue the Fed. charges & he serves eight years or so, he's going to be a mess when he gets out.

He’ll be in a special housing unit for sure and likely in his own cell, but he’ll probably receive better treatment from the guards and prison staff. I doubt he’ll be abused or treated like he’s not even a person like most convicts are treated by the guards.

That's if he gets white guards.

Also the abuse, well he won't be doing vef much but sitting in a cage for 23/7.
