The DOJ, which was recently exposed to be lying regarding their investigation into the Seth Rich killing, just informed the lawyers investigating the murder to destroy all evidence by the end of April. Ty Clevenger discovered late last year that the FBI took possession of Rich's laptop and has had access to all of Rich's emails and text messages since recently after the murder. The DOJ had denied any knowledge or involvement in the Rich case for 4 years until Clevenger's discovery thanks to leaked email's and text messages from FBI agents.

Clevenger sent all his evidence to John Durham, who sat on it for several months. Durham's office then told Clevenger that he had to destroy all evidence related to Seth Rich by April 22 or face federal prosecution.
