That's a pretty demented, and campy, plot. But I'd have to say John Waters' Pink Flamingos is the most disgusting, depraved movie ever made. It's not often you see a movie where the final scene involves eating dog shit live on camera.

I went to a Russ Meyers film festival as a teeneager. There was one scene at the end of one movie involving a stick of dynamite that clearly gave the Divine eating feces a run for the money for the depraved award.

I watched this movie this afternoon on movie2k.com It wasn't bad at all, it had great production values and the German actor that played the doctor fit perfectly in the role. Really realistic makeup too.
The ending is really fucked up. Overall, a pretty good cult film.
