It is a stone, also called Moonstones, the state rock of Florida, but you can't find them there. A crystal formed in volcanos. They have a glassy sheen. OP needs to be more specific.

i wish i could find some too. they were made illegal cuz if you drank soda with them your stomach could explode.

They are carbon dioxide in solid form. Some folks used them for sexual purposes by places them on a sensitive body area. That's why they don't make them anymore!!
