The $100 bill gets reworked

And then it occurred to me, wouldn't it take a chunk out of counterfeiting if the $100 was removed from circulation altogether? Do we really need it? I never carry anything bigger than a $20 when I carry cash, maybe I'm different.

I don't carry more than $20 bills. I've used $100 bills when I've paid somebody for some "off the grid" labor, but that's it.

They're convenient if your on a trip where you need to carry a bunch of extra cash around.

If you're paying with cash, they come in really handy. Bar bills, restaurant tabs, call girls, etc. :-)

Though I do know a few people who do carry them all the time as well for just basic cash.

Well, at least they are adding more color. I like how some countries make each bill denomination a separate unique color. Makes it easier when you open your wallet.

I'm surprised they aren't changing the size since they lost that lawsuit.

Ahhhemmmmm Mr WT-L,
I believe this guy put it best:

I know it was tongue-in-cheek. However, Drudge posted it on his home page. Drudge doesn't know it is tongue-in-cheek, my clueless moonbat friend.

he posted a "link" that quotes the title of the article. Plus, where is your proof that tea partiers are all up in arms.

Keep grasping, those straws are just within your reach!

Also, please take the time to read comments in response to the Vanity Fair story on blogs like Prison Planet. These idiots don't get that this was tongue in cheek. They are saying it is a socialist and communist plot. Your friends are so fucking predictable.

I just have a problem with the Tea Party movement. They want to bitch and moan about things but have no stomach for the actions that would fix them. They are a bunch of fucking cowards.

If America collectively wanted to make a solid religious statement to the world then, yes. But unfortunately our founding fathers did not set up our system as a 'christian' governing system, rather one that just agnowledges the existance of 'GOD' and we @ this current date and time, have to be content with solely this acknowledgement. I figure they did this because there are so many denominations of Christianity, that maybe they thought it might cause controversy. Not to mention nobody knows what his presence looks like so we have no picture to place on a bill, but in my opinion an acknowledgement of his name and an affirmation not only to the belief in God, but the duty of his son and gift of HIS salvation on the bill would be nice.

I'm beginning to wonder if WTL has had one of those Transient Ischemic Attacks. You know, you can have one of those without being aware of it. Maybe you get a headache or maybe you bump into a wall or maybe your words get jumbled up for a few seconds....

He's been saying weird things lately. It's one thing for Vince to make outlandish statements; he always has. But, now it looks like he and Washington are having a little competition.

On my "Crash the Tea Party" thread, Washington claimed that Karl Rove had orchestrated the entire thing. How? Did he take control over the mind of that teacher, Jason Levin, in Oregon and then did he hypnotize the NH Democratic Party Chairman, Kathy Sullivan? Was Carl Rove pressing some magic buttons to make that guy storm the stage and start screaming?

Good old Jodine White; at least she can have honest fun in the sun with all the other Teabagger retards who WON'T admit they have no internal consistency in their argument(s).

LOL@ the Congressman who demanded an explanation for why the DC Metro (govt run) wasn't "ready" for all the anti-government ridership...Priceless!

First I've heard of pro-tax increase rallies to alleviate teacher cuts--that pathetic MSM crew sure has done a shitty job covering those, huh?
