i was a the dc protests on sat-sun and saw 4 cars get lit up. they would break the window(s), open a door, put a plastic bag in (with fireworks?) and douse the interior with some kind of fluid. people were saying to get away, it was going to blow. but none of them had life threatening explosions. minor explosions that i thought might be the fireworks. the cars were totally enflamed. when it was over, only a charred frame remained.

Occasionally, if the gas tank ruptures there will be a fireball (not an explosion), but even this is rare.

ONly on tv does someone fire a shotgun at a car and make it blow up.

I wish rioters would do their research before trying to blow shit up.
