Starting to thrown people under the bus. He signed off on 2 of the fraudulent FISA warrants. "If I knew then what I know now...."

Will be funny to see McCabe's reaction. Not fully candid. I'm sure CNN will trot him out for damage control.

Rosenstein admits that by Aug 2017 they all knew there was no collusion.
