Not sure if he's a child toucher, this seems to be an identity fraud type scam that is pulled on unsuspecting morons.
It works like this-
1. Your "computer security" guy calls, actually a con artist usually in India, and tells you your IP has been compromised by people down/uploading kiddie porn.
2. Receiver of call, perhaps with guilty conscience, freaks out and "cooperates" with the "computer security" guy and gives them passwords and other date.
3. "Computer security" guy steals whatever he can using this information.
Krugman is the same idiot who told us the internet would insignificant to our economy and also told us the markets would crash and never recover if Trump was elected. He turned out very wrong.
Krugman is also an idiot for falling for this scam but also for blaming it on "Qanon" when he had zero evidence of a culprit. Krugman has probably bought some extended car warranty insurance from robocallers too.

Yeah, that’s not how IP addresses work. Someone may be able to spoof your address making it appear as if you’ve visited sites with that content, but that doesn’t explain how such content would have ended up on your hardrive. Nice try lib cuck.
