Except it was the minority dems in the senate that caused the bill to fail... so.

Ummm, it hasn't passed the House yet fagtard. It still has to be agreed to by the three countries because the House made some modifications that have to be approved by the principles. It's expected to move out of the House by the end of the year. but you keep lying to yourself little muzzie. Praise allah.
