the BLM is a "Clinton Era" democrat creation (ie, swamp preservation projects, forestry, selling broadband tower rights on park land, selling your OIL to foreign owned BP for mining to pay off their friends, etc, etc - a huge government agency with no direction except to spend spend spend and blame voluneers for not being active enough to get their core jobs done)

they say they are "the park service" - however i think USA has a separate park service already. and that's the thing with dems. they can't get the jobs so they have a democrat congress person create a new title to hire their friends to do the jobs they weren't hired for.
