The Constitution can be directly interpreted as NOT erecting a voting system in which invaders (from another country owing USA welfare money) and criminals can be "voted in by popularity". If anything is clear it is about USA owing it's own debt and not incurring debt upon the people "for behalf of political gain"

FOR THIS REASON, I THINK THE POLICE ARE TAINTED, they are fleecing the news for a "contributor" to pay them to stick with the "1-4 grams" story
