America is shocked with charges being filed against Monique Samuels by Candiace Dillard Bassett. According to People Magazine, Dillard went down and cried to the Montgomery County in Maryland Commissioner. Dillard allegedly stated that Samuels dragged her and, the MOCO commissioner found probable cause. This has required Samuels to appear in court for second degree assault. On December 23, the DMV will be a circus with this court appearance by the two cast members, RHOP cameras and other RHOP cast members taking sides in the case.
