How can Meade consider himself a paleo-conservative when he’s unemployed and relies on his geriatric father for support?

When I think of a “paleo-conservative”, I think of someone that is fiscally responsible, god fearing, humble, hard working and honorable. None of these are accurate descriptions of mr. Skelton.
