Heres a clue: nobody ever said they were defense witnesses.

It's simple: There were witnesses who testified at the GDC trial and were then severly harassed and defamed by the Moronos as a result. Had they testified at the subsequent appeal, their testimony would have been helpful to the defense.

And yet they didn't care about Basl's life or future or wellbeing enough to do so ROFL! Gotcha. That's even worse than not having anyone!

Again, it had almost nothing to do with Basl. He was only facing minor charges and his life, future, and wellbeing were not in jeopardy. It was the life, future, and wellbeing of the witnesses that was threatened by the Morenos. The witnesses were understandably thinking in terms of self-preservation and what the Morenos might do next. When Lizzie bashed Miz's head open a few days later, it demonstrated the Morenos were indeed violent and the witnesses' fear was justified.

How's miz getting beaten up by a female and being a pussy and calling the cops make him violent? It makes him a BITCH!

if that were the case then he would have plead guilty
and when he was found guilty he wouldnt have appealed

then he lost his appeal and is now a convicted criminal

im sure if he thought they were such "minor charges" he wouldnt have gone through all of that trouble to fight them so hard

this is a dude who takes traffic violations to trial.........

pretty much says everything that needs to be said about what he thinks of court offenses that or he just loves the interaction with ppl and it gives him something to look foward to in his shitty life

It has everything to do with Basl, sorry you can't handle that fact. People testify for you if they like, care, love or just simply respect you enough to do so. Some postings on the internet are not that serious that someone would get scared away. Especially if they were already getting it to begin with. Plenty of people from this website who had been harassed, defamed and even stalked went to court to testify.

It boils down to the fact that nobody likes Basl. No one cares about Basl and he doesn't know anyone who could say anything good about him to speak on his behalf. Period.

Of course it's this. I think it's pretty obvious to anyone with a half functioning brain that Basl has no friends or hobbies or a life. Who stalks weirdos from the internet, driving to Ohio from VA, etc? Who goes to Meade shows on purpose? Who obsesses over these boring ass uninteresting people to the point of getting into real world legal trouble? Multiple times, for years..?

CLEARLY someone who hates themselves, has nothing going for them at all in any area of their life. He is unhappy with his existence and wanted to make others as miserable as him, yet he only accomplished increasing his own agony.

If an employer did a background check and saw those convictions it would raise red flags.

1. This person had protective orders on placed on them in the first place.
2. They violated it, which is a court order.

Oh, yes, being a stalker to the point where you have protective orders against you is so minor. Even more minor is the two minor violations of continuing to stalk.
