The recient development means prices are going up. I'd argue it was a great place to live, because over development is quickly happening, especially on the north end New Baltimore area.

When my contract here is done I'm going to Culpeper, or Winchester. That's far enough away from the bullshit here that my kids will be grown before they have to worry about it getting that far out.

It then expanded out to Stafford, Fredericksburg, Gainesville extending to Front Royal. At one time, Culpepper had more cows than people. Fauquier County feels like going back in time 40 years. I saw a bunch of Negroes in a pick up truck driving down highway 17. I saw a big Confederate flag painted on the side of a barn. It really is interesting to see how Northern Virginia is very diverse!
