60 Minutes was the greatest indictment of today's Democrats.
60 Minutes covered en-masse lawsuits 20 yrs ago when the corruption got going: they were in their infancy. Crime breeds. Today America isn't even told (rather, warned) about en-masse lawsuits.
Today we're beyond fake en-masse lawsuits and up to Judges who are politicians (which by law has been illegal over 2000 years at least)

And here's a lesson for FCPS and Clinton "communist school systems" (only government can certify, government funds all schools, $1,000,000 wage deans, etc).
Walter Cronkite, more important than Clinton ever was: dropped out of school.

EN-MASSE LAWSUITS.
ONE LAWFIRM RUNS THE LAWSUIT AND RECEIVES ALL THE MONEY. THEY PAY OUT THE INJURED WHO WANT TO SUE ONLY PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR OR LESS.
ITS' A MOB CRIME. IT'S A GOVERNMENT RUN MOB CRIME.
America heard the stories, saw 60 Minutes cover it in the 90's or early 2000's and America said "stop these lawyer crimes, make en-masse lawsuits illegal". But Congress did not - instead Congress expanded the ability of lawyers do run these scams.
example: 1-800-call-bad-drug (these took off during Clinton and Obama "no drug regulation" periods. If your dying from poison that was sold to you at a high price: a settlement does you NO GOOD. Often these become advertised After the predicted death occurs, having long been held back in court, for obvious reasons: if your dead they keep da money.)
(there is a legitimate real use in technical law for it - it is when the lawsuit certainly and totally bankrupts, disbans a company, sues it's employees for anything they have, and the money is far less that is what's owed - in that technical case someone must be appointed to disburse the little that is had fairly. THE PROBLEM: LAWYERS DON'T DO THAT, and Judges know that - yet they do it anyway)

Some people don't realize HOW FAR law and congress got corrupted
for example - there were judges in washington state (biased toward microsoft HQ'ed in wash state) who ruled on foreign and out of state cases awarding: nothing
after microsoft lobbied congress with more money than any lobby in history: past workers of microsoft were appointed to CRITICAL positions in government AND awarded judge-ships
judges who had been microsoft employees were (ie, during clinton) SITTING on cases against microsoft
