The nigger word

Is it ok to use that word if you are black? and not allowed to use if you are white? Serious question. What other words should be banned?

Nigga is a ok, just drop the R, KINDA LIKE THE CARPET BAGGERS FROM THE NORTH THAT DESTROYED THE ONCE GREAT STATE OF VIRGINIA

Jigaboo
Coon
Porch monkey
Darkie
Spook
