No, he'd agree to it since a) it's not his money so what does he care and b) the man lives for investigations and lawsuits. Sounds like a good deal for both parties.

Gerry really things he's getting a pay raise for makign holes in the wall, sending

Mueller got millions in assets from Manafort. That will hold him over until he takes down the Trump organization, with a little help from the SDNY and the New York AG. He does not need funding.
