The FDA is no longer checking any meats that are being sold. Farmers are dumping all their contaminated meats. Don't eat any steak, burgers or any chicken.

The FDA inspections are one big joke to begin with. The quality of what you buy won't be effected during the shut-down.
The FDA doesn't do continual inspections and isn't present on every meat processing site. You're chances of winning the lottery are better than an FDA inspector shutting down a processing plant.
