It depends on what they do with being picked last.
Often people with character were often the ones picked last and then rose above this and became better people..then we have this one

Not only did I do the picking. I was always the best football player growing up. We also only played tackle and I would punish anybody and anyone. I was known for tackling high schoolers as a preteen.
