The question was when is Festivus, not what is Festivus.
Festivus is Dec 23. And your answer is incorrect as Festivus is not "for Atheists" or any belief group. It is a secular holiday which can be observed by anyone including Theists, Atheists, or just about anyone except possibly Seventh Day Adventists and Satanists who might find Festivus incompatible with their own beliefs.
