that's exactly what you do. listen to your lawyer. be happy your free of that problem your much more free to enjoy what comes next: doing things without aggressive people - getting on to better things.

people will abuse you and others if people aren't held responsible when they back stab (or steal, or cheat, or cut in line)

you'll be fooling yourself and endangering others if you do nothing and feel pressure not to do anything.

make people pay for their aggressiveness against you (but avoid expensive legal fees)

that's what's wrong with GOP - they didn't prosecute Clinton and democrats for aggressively pushing them from behind with laws like "quota hiring of minorities" and "equally funded schools for everyone"
