What? So we are now making military regulations based on race? Fucking ridiculous. Guess we have come full circle.

So if females can have ponytails why can't males have beards?

Beards were allowed until 1984. The regulations are not based on race: a person of any race can wear any hairstyle. The beards and man-buns are coming soon enough, be patient.
