In light of the devastating findings of the Virginia Eastern Bankruptcy Court: Moreno et al v. Basl, Michael's obligation is discharged and the Morenos have flushed away six figures of their hard earned money in a futile game of cat & mouse. The Leisers are certainly trying to keep their spirits up by telling them not to worry. They can just keep pursuing him in bankruptcy court to get the funds. This however as everyone knows isn't a conducive use of time or money. At least of the Moreno's money.

And of course, win a settlement, whcih will then be dischred in bankruptcy. They will then sue the lawyer who helped them sue the leisers. Then the siblings will take things in hand, send sharon to a retirement community in Kentucky, and have miz committed.

The only logical next step is suing the Leisers. They are sitting ducks and won’t be able to defend themselves in court. The question though is do they have assets to go after in court?
