Considering Meade's annual income is about $5,500 I seriously doubt he is getting more than a couple hundred extra dollars back.

Granted, Meade will not directly benefit from any new tax break.
But if everybody else has 4 grand coming back to them, they can now afford to attend the Meade concerts they have heretofore been deprived of. Also, look for a great many people to now spend some of their newfound riches buying Meade albums as stocking stuffers - Christmas sales are projected to go beyond the 1.5 million mark.
